Abstract

If you are a company manager, you have probably ever wondered: What are the strategic elements that I should consider when deciding to implement outsourcing? This is a very good question, which is logical for a business manager who wants an answer to a very dense and unexplored unknown.

Let's start by defining that outsourcing is a management mechanism, through which some functions or activities are contracted externally so that they are carried out by personnel or systems that are not part of the company. In this case it is a strategic alliance between our company and one or more allies, which will carry out certain functions or activities that, after having been thoroughly studied within the organization, have resulted in their cost being lower and their efficiency greater if our company hires them externally under suitable conditions.
