Abstract

For the development of biomedical research in human beings necessary to generate valid knowledge in order to apply it for the benefit of society, the rigorous application of scientific, regulatory and ethical principles is required. This article seeks to review the main international declarations regarding ethics regarding research with human beings, as well as the legal regulations in force in the country to carry out said activity and finally the consideration of the basic methodological elements that lead to an adequate experience of formulation of proposals for students and professionals in the areas of knowledge that investigate health with human beings.
