Abstract

The myth of the organization has been installed, humanized, rationalized, perfected and perpetuated to this day; Metamorphosed has been metamorphosed, the power being less and less apparent, more diluted, less apprehensible, more legitimized and more effective.
In our time, both academic, political and everyday discourses increasingly refer to organizations. These occupy a fundamental place in modern society and have a significant impact and in multiple ways on most of our activities. Despite this, we move between complex organizations without fully knowing what their goals, scopes, limitations and possibilities of transformation are. Because of their great importance and the increasingly pressing need to know them, researchers around the world have set out to study them, creating a field of interaction between various historical-social disciplines, which have been called the Organization Theory.
