Need to apply the concept of databases through implementation of a territorial information system

Abstract
The difference between data and information is used, as well as the classification of data, registration and files, in this sense it is inescapable to clarify that these terms are used in the strictly computer sense, which is further clarified in the text.
Efforts are made to implement the concept of database and information systems in relation to the real estate issue in Costa Rica.
