Abstract
The Bilwi Declaration of September 30, 1997, is a document highly interesting because of the social, environmental, political and communicative connotations it contains.
RaAN authorities and community and regional leaders and authorities of Central Government delegations, meeting in the REVIEW WORKSHOP ON THE MANAGEMENT POLICY PROFILE OF THE NORTH ATLANTIC AUTONOMOUS REGION OF NICARAGUA, deeply convinced of the need to ensure continuity of the region's efforts to open paths to sustainable development , expressed their firm decision to act in accordance with the principles expressed in the following statement
